I'm Silvana Dugandžić Penavić, a Croatian-American entrepreneur, author, mother of four and grandmother of three. I founded Raul E® New York in 2010, and over more than 25 years in mathematics, physics, teaching and business, I have learned that real radiance is not something you put on. It comes from within.

After decades of building luxury brands, I started this magazine to share what I've learned — about radiance, about rituals that hold us, about faith and heritage, and about navigating life's changes with grace and strength.
